Information used for your visits

We use the name, email address, phone number, appointment times, service selections, and haircut preferences you provide. Your visit record can include a selected reference photo from our portfolio, appointment history, payment-received records, cancellation fees, and notes Lee records to manage your visits.

The reference-photo feature saves the identifier of a portfolio image you choose. It does not upload photos from your device. Payments are made at your visit; this website does not collect card details or process online payments.

What we use it for

We use this information to reserve time, contact you about your appointment, manage changes and cancellations, remember your haircut preferences, keep business records, and operate and protect your account. Account and appointment records are restricted to you and the authorized owner where appropriate.

Optional text reminders

When text reminders are available, you can separately choose to receive an appointment reminder at the phone number you enter. We record your choice, consent time, and reminder phone number with that appointment. Declining texts does not prevent you from receiving a haircut or making an appointment.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, including Twilio when connected, to deliver the reminder you requested. They receive the information needed for that service, such as your phone number, reminder content, and delivery status.

Service providers and security

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with its booking records stored in the site's database. Supabase handles account authentication. Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails. Twilio supports optional SMS delivery when connected. These providers process information needed to operate their respective services.

Sign-in cookies support account sessions. Your browser can store booking choices and temporary form details so you can continue a booking. SMS consent is tied to the current signed-in client and phone number and is not saved as a reusable browser preference.

We use access controls to protect client records and owner tools. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Questions and information requests

Contact Lee to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion. Some appointment and business records may need to be kept for business or recordkeeping purposes. We will explain any applicable limitation when handling a request.
